SIX SIGMA RESEARCH
BLACK BELTS,
QUALITY MANAGERS, and OTHER PROFESSIONALS,
are needed to participate in an academic study on best practices for
implementing Six Sigma continuous improvement programs?
I am John McLellan, a professor at University of Western Ontario and an
associate of Process Quality Associates in London.
This research project is a major part of the requirements to obtain my doctorate
degree from the University Of Southern Cross, Lismore, Australia.
I need Management Professionals to
participate in either:
FOCUS GROUP PARTICIPANTS
- Will meet as a Team, Sept. 2003, in London Ontario for a 2-hour lunch.
- Food and drinks will be provided.
- You will be asked advice in developing survey questions.
- You will receive recognition in the study.
PILOT STUDY PARTICIPANTS
- Will be sent the survey developed with the help of the Focus Group.
- Will be asked to suggest improvements based on your experience.
- Will be asked to examine the validity of the questions.
- You will receive recognition in the study.
FINAL SURVEY PARTICIPANTS
It is hoped to have over two hundred six sigma organizations participate.
The survey will be available on a special web site to be accessed with a
password.
ALL Participants will receive the final results of the survey.
