Workshop Overview

This one-day workshop provides you with a
detailed model for continuous improvement based on Deming's
Plan-Do-Study-Act cycle. The workshop focuses on the systematic
processes required to work your way through an improvement project and
demonstrate a method to communicate the results at each step, through a
Continuous Improvement Story Board.
This will be a hands-on workshop, where you will learn to understand
& apply the continuous improvement methodology using case studies.
It is not a theoretical evaluation of continuous improvement
techniques, team development methodologies, or a rehash of benefits. We
will spend the time on learning & applying a continuous improvement
technique that really works.
