Terms and Conditions of Registration

Registrations may not be canceled.
Registration may be transferred to a PQA workshop at another date if notice is given at least 5 working days before the workshop.
If a registrant is unable to attend, an alternate person may be sent in his/her place.
If no one is able to attend, payment for the registration is still required. However, PQA will apply 50% of the payment towards registration in another workshop at a future date.
PQA reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the workshop. If this should occur, you may choose to receive a full refund, or transfer the amount paid to another PQA workshop.
All workshops must be paid in full 15 days after the date of the invoice, or at the door on the day of the workshop, whichever occurs first.
