Workshop Overview

This 2-day workshop will enable trainees to have initial contact
with a broad range of quality assurance tools & techniques from
which they can subsequently develop additional knowledge, skills,
and application on-the-job. Recognizing when a problem exists,
selecting the most appropriate technique, and recognizing when to
seek help in the application of the technique to a specific
situation is the basis of this overview. This will allow trainees
to:
- Maximize your personal effectiveness
- Lead or contribute in a team environment
- Solve problems
- Increase productivity, quality and customer service
- Learn the tools and techniques for working with
ideas, working with numbers and working in teams
