This
is a 1-day hands-on, executive overview course for Six Sigma. It will
enable executives to understand the typical requirements of Six Sigma and
its implementation methods. It will assist executives in the planning,
implementation, documentation, and improvement of their Six Sigma system. This course is
an overview of the major issues, decisions, costs, & constraints
that will be faced.
This course is applicable to all Presidents and Senior Executives
throughout all manufacturing, service, and other companies. The
trainees will relate their current business goals and methodologies to
those made available through Six Sigma. The techniques covered in this
course will enable the trainees to recognize the needs and the issues
that must be addressed by a company implementing Six Sigma.
