• Receive 1680 hours of classroom and on-the-job training under the guidance and direction of one of PQA’s senior consultants
• PQA will hire you as a Junior Business Management Analyst on a 52 week (35 hours/week) contract
• Extend your business administration education by learning practical management tools & techniques, used by leading manufacturing and service companies, such as:

• Activity Based Cost Management
• Business Process Management
• Internal Auditing
• Lean Manufacturing
• Six Sigma Continuous Improvement
• ISO 9000 based quality system implementation

• As a PQA Business Management Analyst, you will apply the training in assignments with local manufacturing & service companies. A PQA senior consultant will be the project manager for these assignments, providing you with guidance & direction at each step of the project
• Earn references from PQA and manufacturing management professionals
• PQA will help you to obtain further employment through our network of over 15,000 Ontario companies

1. Gain experience in working for local Canadian manufacturing and/or service companies
2. Learn all you need to write exams for certification with internationally recognized business management associations, such as the Society for Management Accountants and the American Society for Quality
3. Be kept up-to-date on future job opportunities and networking with other business administration professionals
4. You will receive salary & benefits totaling $15,500 and receive 4 weeks of paid vacation
