Upon my quest for knowledge, I came across your site. Already knowing that Flammable and Inflammable are two in the one, I want to know why water is not flammable? Water, H2O, is comprised of hydrogen, a highly flammable element, and oxygen, an accelerant. Why is it that water does not burn?
